SAM GORRINGE

Sam lives outside Hobart in Tasmania. Sam is highly motivated and thrives on the energy of other people.

Sam has a passion for helping people achieve. He has a warm and caring personality and has a positive and enthusiastic approach to life.

"In 1997 I began managing my family dairy farm in Southern Tasmania and in 2000 after the succession of ownership, the farm was transformed into a beef enterprise.  The hands-on experience allowed me to understand the challenges faced by land owners. I soon realised the possibilities to create an off-farm income and the necessity for family strategic planning".

"I first met Brian and the National Institute of Financial Studies (NIFS) in 2003 and since attending a wide range of NIFS educational workshops, I have implemented many investment strategies with advice and guidance of Entello (NIFS sister company). I quickly learnt the power and importance of having full control of my money and equity".

"I have a strong passion for helping others achieve their financial goals and I believe that I am now in a situation where I can pass on the knowledge and skills to others with the help of NIFS and Entello."

Sam has been active in mentoring NIFS clients in throughout Tasmania as well as organising events including "Money for Life" schools workshop. He is a volunteer in the Regional Network Coordinator Program.
