Accessing Share News and Financial Grace

The new database for Share News and Financial Grace is located in the Online Resources section of the NIFS website

This can be accessed by clicking on the Online Resources button on the NIFS home page or by clicking on the link below:

To access the system:

1. Select the publication you wish to view

2.  Enter your Username and Password and click on the “Login” button

3.      The latest version of the publication you have requested will be displayed at the top of the page with the word “ Latest ” displayed next to it.  All of the previous versions are displayed under the latest version.

4.   To view any of the newsletters, simply click on the issue you wish to read and the following options will be displayed:

Clicking on Open will display the newsletter you have selected in your internet browser.

Clicking on Save will allow you to save the newsletter to your computer.

5.    To print the newsletters:

i    Save the publication to your computer following the instructions in Step 4.

 

ii    Open the publication in Acrobat Reader

 

iii    Print the file from here

 

This will ensure that the publication prints correctly within A4 printing margins.

6.       When you have finished click on “ Logout ” to exit the system.
